Madu as popularly called was involved in a fatal accident some years back which make him suffer setback in his football career.

since after his recovery from surgery he have shown an encouraging spirit never to give up.

He his presently a member of the Nigerian Amputee team.

According to Madu,he Said,”if i could make it,I look forward to helping the less privileged,depressed and discouraged people regain their highest level despite their disabilities”
